Volunteer Dubois County is a volunteer center. Our mission is to connect volunteers with opportunities and help build the capacity of our local nonprofit organizations. Our services extend to Jasper, Huntingburg, Ferdinand, Dubois, Holland, and the small towns in between. You can think of us as a big “directional sign” that guides volunteers toward opportunities to make a difference.
Volunteer Dubois County began in 2009 and became a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in 2012. The organization is proud to be entirely volunteer-operated.
Volunteer centers are “conveners for the community, catalysts for social action and key local resources for volunteer involvement.” (IN.gov)
